Irvine, CA – 11/09/22– AlphaSTAR announced today that it is expanding its collaboration with Siemens Digital Industries Software in joining Siemens’ Partner Program. Through this program, Siemens’ customers will have access to AlphaSTAR’s Polymer Additive Manufacturing (AM) simulation products (Genoa 3DP) through an integration with Siemens’ Simcenter™ 3D software. The  integration also encompasses Siemens’ Simcenter™ Nastran® software and the additive manufacturing products in Siemens’ NX™ software for product engineering.

Pairing the end-to-end AM environment within Simcenter 3D with AlphaSTAR’s proprietary physics-based simulation and materials modeling software offers customers unique combined capabilities. The company’s Genoa 3DP products benefit users by enabling significant cost savings on the trial and error in getting production-ready part and reducing time-to-market considerably by enabling them to build their products right the first time across AM applications ranging from defense and aerospace, consumer products, construction, automotive, industrial, energy, and medical.
